This series conventional vertical lathe with single column is suitable for machining the surface、external cylindrical surface 、inner hole、internal and external circular cone of many kinds of middle and small-size ring workpiece、body case and ring flange etc.,it can also do boring hole enlarging hole.
The working table adopts hydrostatic guidway,spindle radial direction adopts high accuracy bearing model NN30(degree D),high turning accuracy,big loading capacity.Gear box adopt grind gear,it is high accuracy、low noise.All hydraulic part and electrical part are made by famous brand company,which keep the high reliability.Sliding pane of guidway processed by plastic coated that improve the wearing quality.Lubrication of guidway adopts center oil supply,it is very convenient.
The cast part adopts resin sand for foundry technique to keep high quality,processed aging treatment and wears well,Electrical control is by PLC (programmable controller),so it keeps high reliability.Good appearance、humanization design、easy maintenance and operation. The machine can install DRO、side tool post etc.,if customers want.
